Thank you to all the staff, drivers and Coco Shambhala for making this an unforgettable holiday. The place is a dream. We had a fantastic time here and are feeling sad as our holiday is coming to an end. We loved Coco Shambhala so much we stayed another week. How could you not!!!! Sanjay, Shyam and Guaresh the drivers took such good care of us all (party of nine) and made sure we were safe and had a wonderful time. In fact the whole Coco team really took care of us all. We will miss you and will recommend this to everyone we speak too. Thanks for everything guy’s.

A wonderful house to stay in, a room that is always cool is a great thing to have in this weather. I liked the various bits that got the sun at different times. Pool was very nice and always so warm that getting in was a pleasure. The driver was a great help. Thanks to all the staff.

Our second time in Goa and it was so much easier to get into the swing of it. The villa was perfect in terms of space and design - we even laughed at the frog under the loo eat! Our driver Byron was a real laugh and gave us lots of local info. Best beach by far Morjim - quiet and very clean, safe. We had a barbecue which involved buying a fish from the fish market and chasing a chicken to be slaughtered in Mapusa (a good lesson in life (and death) for the girls). We will be back - if anyone has any money left after 2009! Love to all. Have a great holiday!

We have had a wonderful relaxing time at the Fab Coco Shambhala! The villa is superb, extremely comfy & we loved the way it had been decorated, especially the living area at the top. Lazing by the pool listening to the laughter of our kids playing with other kids was extremely calming. The staff were always happy helpful and kept everything immaculate. Having Coco Beach within 5 minutes was a big bonus as it was the best beach for swimming with kids! For a real treat go to Ashwem Beach and try La Plage French run shack as it has fabulous tasty food. We have had a great time in Goa and hope it does not take us another 18 years to return again. We will definitely recommend Coco Shambhala to our friends.

First time in Goa and to this stunning location. The mixture of indoor and outdoor living works beautifully and we have fallen in love with the villa and Coco Shambhala. The jungle pool effect is stunning and the water a pleasure to pass away a few hours relaxing in. At first we were apprehensive about outdoor bathrooms but now totally converted. Wish we had them at home! Goa is full of interest and the people gentle and friendly. The staff here are excellent and helpful. A wonderful, memorable stay in a beautiful location. Definitely intend to return.

We came here for our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. It’s like another world away form everything else. What made everything that extra bit special though were the people. All of the staff are fantastic, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The welcome we had was superb. Ashwini is absolutely idyllic and so beautiful but we are looking forward to returning to Goa in the future and trying one of the other villas. Definitely the best holiday we have ever had!

As the harsh Scottish winter set in, we could think of nothing but our trip to Goa. We weren’t disappointed. Goa is indeed a paradise and Coco Shambhala is a truly magnificent location. We had one of the best holidays of our lives in Coco Shambhala. Such a fantastic location - everything was perfect from the villa and the gardens to the local restaurants and people. Our driver Samir made the holiday for us with his friendliness and local knowledge. Some of the best things we did were the Saturday night market, Palolem beach (a long drive but worth it) and the crab dinner at Amigos. We hope to come back one day. I have spent 2 fantastic weeks here, I came here for my 40th birthday with 8 of my brilliant friends and had the time of my life. Guys thanks so much for a fantastic stay. We had such a great time. The Villa is really nice and we loved staying in the rural village away from the hustle and bustle. Highlight: Sunset drink at La Plage in Ashwem. Favourite Beach: Ashwem/Mandrem Best Restaurant: Kebabs & Curries, La Plague on the Asvem beach. Hidden Places: Best beach food at Om Ganesh on the cliffs at Arambol. Staff have been fantastic. Will definitely come back. Hopefully the village will stay as it is and keep its charm!

Coco Shambhala is truly wonderful, we felt as if it was our very own Jungle Paradise! The pool is like swimming in a cool lagoon, just absolutely perfect. The children had a fabulous time and our outdoor showers - simply perfect. We have stayed in some amazing places in India, from palaces in Rajasthan, Manor houses, lodges, and jungle retreats, which was outback living and washing from buckets, so to shower outside with ,hot, water was luxurious and yet so basic at the same time. Wow! We shall definitely talk about this one. Thank you so much.

We did have the most wonderful stay at Coco Shambhala. We were all in need of a good family holiday and that’s exactly what we were delivered. The staff at Coco Shambhala, were super and made us feel very welcome, safe and secure. Pravin our driver and Neeta our maid were fantastic and added to our holiday tremendously. It was lovely to be able to journey through Goa with Pravin pointing out places of interest and providing lots of local knowledge. Neeta made my stay complete- as a mother I often feel that I never really get a break but Neeta made that all possible. She made the beds, washed the dishes, cleaned and did some light laundry which all meant that I didnt have to- any chance you can rent her out to me?! So, all in all a terrific stay. I know that we will return- my heart is certainly in Goa and with my husbands brother recently emigrated to New Zealand we have worked out that Goa would be a good halfway meeting point. Perhaps next time we can rent all of the villas and come en masse. For now though, I wish you all well and send you a big thank you on behalf of us all.

It is hard to put into words the magic spell Coco Shambhala has weaved into our hearts, a truly magical week - a lot of laughter, smiles, relaxation and sun warming you through. The villas were perfect in every way and we spent many a late evening lounging on the sofas over a glass of wine (or two), a heavenly experience and truly nurturing for the soul, Goa is a tranquil, oasis and Coco Shambhala a slice of heaven! Cannot wait to be back here one day!

We’ve had a wonderful holiday. We’ve never stayed anywhere quite like Coco Shambhala. The setting is stunning and the villas beautiful. Our favourite feature is the tropical jungle pool where we spent many, many a relaxing hour snoozing by it! We found the restaurants recommended were fantastic, our favourite being After 7. We can’t wait to come back.

Well it’s hard to know where to start. We have had an amazing holiday. Rohini is a slice of heaven, best place ever stayed (and we’ve been to 5 out of 6 continents!) The website doesn’t do it justice, this place is AMAZING. We wanted luxury at an affordable price and we got it!
